Ryan graduated from Golden Gate University School of Law in 2010 (J.D); and received his Master in Laws (LL.M) from Golden Gate in 2014.

Ryan’s practice focuses on estate planning, multi-generational wealth transfer planning, business succession, estate and gift tax planning, tax controversy, trust administration, probate and tax-free corporate reorganizations. His extensive experience in sophisticated tax, business and wealth transfer planning puts him in a unique position to provide cost-effective tax advice to fulfill the needs of clients. For business clients, Ryan provides expert tax advice as to the proper corporate structure, succession planning and tax controversy issues.

Prior to his legal career, Ryan served six years on active duty in the U.S. Air Force. As a veteran, Ryan applies the discipline learned in the military to his legal career. Commitment to community is important to Ryan and he is an active member in the local veteran community. He has also served on the Board of Directors for a local charitable organization that assists local residents with mental health issues.
