Tanner Brink graduated from the University of California at Santa Barbara (B.A., 2002) and the University of San Diego School of Law (J.D., 2006), and was admitted to the California State Bar in 2006.  Mr. Brink has prior experience at two large national law firms, with his current practice focusing primarily on litigation concerning real estate, business and commercial disputes, construction, title insurance, employment and estate litigation. 

Prior to beginning his legal career, Mr. Brink worked for a number of years in residential home construction in Southern Oregon, where his father has been a general contractor and developer for over 45 years.  

From 2015-2020, Mr. Brink was recognized as one of Northern California’s “Rising Stars” in the respected legal publication of Northern California Super Lawyers, which is reserved for the top 2.5% of attorneys who are under 40 years old and have attained a high-degree of peer recognition and professional achievement.   From 2021-2024, Mr. Brink has been recognized as a “Super Lawyer” from the same legal publication.

Mr. Brink has experience with all phases of litigation, from inception through trial, mediations, binding arbitration and arguing before the California Court of Appeal.  He serves as outside general counsel to a number of Contra Costa County businesses of various specialties, small to mid-size construction companies, real estate developers and start up companies.
